Book Discussion Groups
FOEGL’s book discussion groups adjusted to the ‘new normal’ of the Covid pandemic. Although their schedules were interrupted this spring, the groups held discussions in the village park this summer. Plans for 2020-2021 book discussions are currently being developed.
So, if your current book group has run its course or you would just like to meet some new people and engage in lively discussions, without having to stress about cleaning the house, please consider joining one of these groups either by yourself or with a friend. Membership is free, but you have to be a FOEGL member. At the very least, use these lists as reading suggestions for yourself with our compliments!
If you have a special interest or idea for a book group and are looking for like-minded readers, please let us know and we will help get the word out. Send an email to: maryshanahan@att.net.
